Honestly have no idea, Nothing is different on any of the themes to cause that, and the html passes W3C standards.
Let me look into it.

Quick question and sorry to be a bother I had a guild leader ask if the paper from teh first theme can be added to the second them. I know it can be done but how do I do it?

you would have to copy centerblock.html, the styles for center from style.css and the images for the center block from the first theme folders to the second themes folders.

Mars sorry to bug you but any word on my issue? Also the notifcation of new posts are hard to tell a difference is there something I can do about that?

I can't duplicate the bug here no matter what I do.
As for the new posts, you can edit the images for new posts in themes/PT-EQ2/forums/images

I did a bit of trouble shooting on my own and I have a worka-round. I can use any other borrowser and it shows up fine as long as I dont "post" with Safari then everything works as it should. I am not sure if this issue is a theme issue a nuke issue. But I thought I would at least report that back to you.
