Using the WOW Alliance2 phpnuke theme on phpnuke 7.8.
ATLite is installed, configured and works correctly with their default, example themes, enabling the wow2alliance theme makes the admin message box disappear, i've tried deleting and recreating the messages all to no avail.
Instead, we just get an ugly half empty space with the borders where the message is supposed to be. (see http://www.fortes-guild.com)
Even a total reinstall (rm -rf /out_web_dir) and DROP nuke from mysql didn't fix this... any ideas?

Just to prove I can use the search feature, (and have a tendancy to shoot first, ask later) I have simply disabled admin messages (which apparently don't get a theme) and created a center block for our welcome to! content. Problem resolved.
