You do a Save For Web in photoshop, that creates the files you need to upload to themes/wow2/images
The forums, did you unzip and upload the PNphpBB2.zip? |

| When you do File-Save-For-Web choose HTML as the type and that will create an html file and the 2 images. Upload the images to the theme image folder. |

For some reason your forum module isn't setting the css file properly.
go into modules/PNphpBB2/templates/PNTheme/styles and rename default.css to OLD.css
Then in the same folder rename wow2.css to default.css |
