I know I'm new here (this is my first post, actually) but I was wondering if I could have an America's Army theme made? I'm new to running website(s) and all that good stuff. I know next to nothing about designing and whatever else goes into it. So I would much appreciate any help.
I try not to be picky since it is free and I don't know how to do anything, but I would like it to look nice. A TS and member status box would be cool. Any thing is fine, though.
