1. the background header shading has me at an errr kind of mood.
2. This could easily be a blog type also. 
3. very good. I would say change the orange on the main menu as everything else has a design to it or linked to something that is not a standard box shape. Other then that..
I can see businesses using this. and if you offer it in different colors maybe bloggers.

1. This is the best looking new theme that I have seen you start in some time, Mars.
2. The header area I like, a lot. The beveled upper left interior edge goes well against the squared off outer edge of the header area background. The orange borderwork goes well with the overall bluish/greenish color scheme.
3. The globe in the upper right area of the header looks good. Can you make it rotate slowly?
4. The horizontal row of header links you might want to consider increasing the font size of. There's plenty of room to spare.
5. The title bar font of the left menu (Main menu) needs to be placed into bold. An exaggerated font size here might also be beneficial.
6. The right block of the two blocks I like. I like the rounded edges of the right block stories.
7. The miniature globe topic graphic works well with the larger globe in the upper right corner.
8. Where the beveled upper left corner is, if you follow along that thin orange line across the top, there is a small shadow type effect. I think that this looks good.
9. This theme begs out for a footer. This theme looks nude at the bottom, without a footer.
10. For the most part, this is a fairly crisp and clean theme. It's stylish, and has a slight touch - ever so slight - of elegance to it.
11. The small rectangular bar that lies below the header area also adds to the overall aesthetically pleasing look of the theme.
12. The dashed lines for the admin story in the right block go very well with this theme. They add an element of understatement to the theme, and mesh well with the white background of the left and right block areas.
13. Where it says "Give us 20 minutes and we'll give you the World," I would recommend italics, bold text, and a different font for this particular area of text.
14. The larger header text of "New World Internet" seems to strike a harmonious balance with the rest of the theme. It's nothing fancy, but doesn't weigh down the header. If you outlined it in maybe a 2 pixel wide black edging, I think that it would make it stand out and add a little touch of "Oomph" to the theme.
Overall, there's not a lot of bad things that I can say about this theme, at this stage. |
