Post subject: Theme integration for Gallery2?  PostPosted: Jan 28, 2006 - 08:39 PM

Hi all,

I have recently added the Gallery2 module for PHP-NUKE v7.7 and it
seems to work fine. However the theme I am using (wow) does not cover
the Gallery2 module.

You can see the problem here:
http://www.ancestral-legacy.com/modules.php?name=gallery2

and compare it with the base Gallery2 installation here:
http://www.ancestral-legacy.com/gallery2

I have no idea how to merge the wow theme with the Gallery2 and was
wondering if anyone here has had similar problems or used Gallery2 with
a customized theme?

Also, my gallery.cfg shows:

<?php
$g2embedparams = array (
'embedphpfile' => '/*******/ancestral-legacy.com/gallery2/',
'embedUri' => 'modules.php?name=gallery2',
'relativeG2Path' => 'gallery2/',
'loginRedirect' => 'modules.php?name=Your_Account',
'activeUserId' => '0',
'embedPath' => '',
'cookiepath' => '/',
);

I installed gallery in the root folder instead of the modules folder. I adjusted the links accordingly, but now I'm unsure if that causes any problems? It looks to be running fine.

Appreciate any ideas or suggestions - thanks!

Nick

Usually there is a default.css file with the gallery module, I don't know about G2 as I use G1 though.

You would just modify the css file to use the colors from the theme css file.
