Mars, wondering if you might be up to something for me. Of course, I expect to pay you!!  Take a look at this site and tell me what you would charge to build a PostNuke theme out of it. (I need it to look pretty much the same.. I mean the exact placement of the blocks might not be the same, but a similar layout is needed)

Right now it's static HTML, even tho it has a CMS look to it.. lol I think this should be fairly easy for you! Let me know what you think.

Awesome, I need to get with the owner of the site, I'm sure he will have a question or two. I don't think it will be a problem to get the original files. When you say no customizations, what do you mean exactly?
