Post subject: PLEASE Help me with PNphpBB2 forum and/or them installation

I run www.cancerkidd.net and i have recently installed postnuke, but now i want to install a theme and forums to start with, and then move on to bigger and better things of course, but i cannot find a guide on how to do any of this and i have searched for hours. I was wondering if you guys could enlighten me to some websites mb or even answer my question of how to install forum & theme yourself. I would appriciate it much. Thanx,

ohh yes, and everything you see on www.cancerkidd.net is done with html and my graphics, if you want to see where im at with the post nuke go to www.cancerkidd.net/index.php
