Best bet would be to install PHPNuke or better yet Postnuke in a subdirectory on the site, get all of your modules installed and tested and then when you are satisfied then move the install from the subfolder up to the root.
I can do the themes for that price but installing and migrating existing stuff is a whole other ballgame. |

Let me say that the Batman theme is probably the best I have ever seen. If I wanted something similar (flash header, forum conversion etc.)
1) How much would it cost? (or how much did the Batman theme cost if you're at liberty to say)
2) How long would it take? Whats your average turn-around time?
3) Can you use a movie clip for the flash sections if the site is non-profit?

Thanks for the compliments. 
1) Custom theme with matching forums are 200.00 US
2) Average turn around is 1 to 2 weeks of constant feedback and development.
3) I don't see any problem with it. |

Wow man that is a really good deal. I figured $200 was the base price and something like the Batman theme would be significantly more.
So how does the creative process work? Would I just say 'I want a Jedi theme' for example and then you go to work? Or do I provide the graphics? Something in the middle?

Something more in the middle,
I start off asking for layout type, colors, style, etc etc
Then I start with some mockups of the site and show the customer.
Once a base layout is agreed upon the theme creation begins in full.
usually going back and forth a few times until complete. |
