Maybe there is a simple way to do this, but I have been looking for over an hour and have had no luck. I simply want to organze the order which modules are listed in my module block.

Example:
Home
Downloads
Forums
FAQ

Switch to:
Home
FAQ
Downloads
Forum

Is there a place to do this or an addon i can impliment to get it done.

GAH!
Sorry I missed this thread, yes sommaire is one that will work although it is a bit buggy. You could always just do an HTML block and manually do the links as well.
