So far, I like it, especially the header, overall.
The header, in fact, is about all that I do like. Those horizontal links below the header blend in too easily.
This could be a really kick ass theme, if you can use the header as inspiration for the rest of it. Try running some thick blue/orange pipework all over it. Think pipes, pipes, pipes.
There is too much white and gray below the header area. It is killing the impact of the theme. |

Redid the buttons to include a nice rollover effect.
Control-F5 to force a full refresh. |

I like the rollover effect added to those buttons, but the buttons, themselves, blend in too much. Outline them with a neon red color, or something bright.
Everything below the header is deficient, though. I like the header, overall, a lot, though. |
