couple things. (i know this is really early on)
the top bar is to clean for the site as everything else has a texture to it. it makes it look out of place a little.
Also the font issue with the D and the O.
Other then that, this theme could easily be modified to be an Americas Army theme.
Great work.

1. Silverscout is right about the top bar.
2. I dislike the particular texture used behind the left, right, and center block sections.
3. The center block title bar is lacking.
4. Overall, the theme still needs work, but has potential. I would suggest some decorative work across the top of the header. |
