| ok will do there is only the 3 problems the front page the msg's dont show the banner is out of plce with the nav bar under it and the forum skin ill do the admin thing now.... |

ok heres the deal ive wasted money on the bf2 theme due to the fact IT DONT WORK.... soz but i cant fix it and no 1 here can etheir in the fact ive had to spend more money ontop of that to get a theme im not to fussed on and then i c a new theme that you guys have and i realy like it and would love it on my site but im not to sure if the same thing will happen as it did with the BF2 theme so this is where you guys help me fix mine current 1 then i will more than happy be buying alot more from here but due to the fact ive tred sooooooooooo hard to get in touch with ur guys and the only way they get to me is these forums i thinkg this is the 5th time ive asked for a MSN account so i can talk LIVE to sum1 and gets this past us but no im still waiting and I would like to think not all ur customers go throught this just to get sumthinig they payed for working..... sorry if the post was a little harsh but u must understand I paid for sumthing that isnt working and im getting tried and tired of haveing my site down due the the fact no 1 wants to help ge it resolved.
NOW will sum1 plz get back to me ASAP. |

Well,
First off I asked you for an admin account.
You send me an account login that DOESN'T work.
The theme IS working, it is your lack of understanding how PHPNuke works that is the problem.
You purchased a theme for 19.95. This does NOT entitle you to unlimited support on things that do NOT have to do with themes.
Ask anyone around here if I am helpful or not with them?
I go above and beyond to help people with problems they encounter with my work or even with their CMS. But I do NOT help people that are rude and won't even spend a minute of their own time trying to diagnose a problem. |

Why dont you ditch phpnuke and go with postnuke as you may find it more to your liking?
Mars will that theme work on both phpnuke and postnuke?
1Shot, understand that all people involved in this site have real jobs and a real life as well. Mars spends a tremendous amount of time developing and supporting these themes. He has helped me countless times in the past and Im sure in the future. Not once has he ever complained about taking time out to help someone. I will not "consult" with people one on one either as my workload and personal life seldom if ever allow for that luxury. The support that you have been given here has been topnotch and bang on. I would suggest that you explore phpnuke and truly learn and understand what makes things happen within it. When I was learning postnuke I had a shitload of fun messing with it and performing countless reloads of the cms. Each time I learnt more as it only takes a short time to reload the cms. Reach out and trust yourself to learn by doing and if necessary redoing. Trust me if your aim here is to make Mars look bad because you cant get your site to work then you are failing in both.

no no no soz guys i think that came out the totaly wrong way im not having a go at mars or trying to make him look bad im just getting frustrated beacause its still not workigna and its making me go crazy due to the fact I cant fix it.....
Mars I made u a account and everythig for admin on this site and it still didnt work so im not sure how we do it naw do u have sum type of account on something so that we can talk live instead of these long out waited post that go on and on..... might have to send u MY login details for the site so that u can have a look for yourself but im neeeding to talk to u dirrect not over the forums so i need sum way to talk to u.
Ray thanks for the tip with postnuke and stuff ill have to look into it a little more ect. but plz get back to me..... |

| Instead of BUMPING this thread why not write a complete and very thorough accounting of what you have done with the help that you have been provided with? At least this way we can judge what you have done or not done and perhaps then have a better idea of what help that we have given hasnt worked... |
