Post subject: admin section not working with custom theme

when i goto the admin page and click on module or block and make a change it takes me to a blank page. I am logged in as an admin
The website declined to show this webpage
HTTP 403

i can not change anything under Preferences
either. I am using rave nuke 2.4 with the autotheme .87 |

| this apopears to be an autotheme issues,. i can load the default auto themes and it does the same thing, |
