Post subject: Shout Box Configuration Problem  PostPosted: Aug 04, 2009 - 04:51 PM

I have the DMredTF2 theme with Platinum 7.6.b.4 and I just decided to fix a problem with my shout box being that the up and down arrows to navigate the shout box were black and therefore unseen but there and usable. What I did was go into the shout box configuration and change the arrows to red and the backround image to something other then what was there to see what it owuld look better or not but instead the shout box now has white blocks around all the text inside of it. Also the shout box configuration page also has this white box effect. I immediately changed everything back to its default settings that I found it in but it did not change back to what it was before. I tried removing and re adding the shout box but the white box effect remains. Is there a way to change the settings back to remove the white box and to allow me to change even the arrow color without this happening again if we can even get this fixed? Thanks in advance.

not to be a pain but after some fooling around with the shout box configuration while at home (instead of at work where i was posting from initially) myself, i was able to figure it out. sorry for jumping the gun there. Smile

I wonder if it is grabbing the colors from the theme config?
Try editing the colors in
Admin-AutoTheme-Themes-DMRedCod4-Theme Defaults
