Post subject: um er need help

Ok so new clan and new clan site. Hosted by gameservers and php nuke 8.1 uploaded all worked fine. Shopped around for a theme Bought the subblack3ddarkphpnuke theme. also downloaded ATLite .87.
I unziped both files to the desktop usd the psd for the header saved it. I then uploaded the atlite .87 to server first. I believe I followed the correct structure for the upload (due to the autotheme administration bar at the top of the page- I did not have that be fore the upload of ATlite .87?)
I then ftp the theme to the server to the public_html folder.
Logged in to server admin. Go to preferences and select themes. Change from default theme to the new theme and click the save changes. The page reloads and it come up but with no themes or no colors & nothing but the text.
I am sure that I did something incorrectly and need help getting it right. So any help would be grand.
