i had the same problem with this theme and i did the fix suggested by commenting out the 2 lines in header.php but now my top center block doesnt display at all???

If i change my theme to auto theme, the block is displayed in the home page..

running phpnuke 7.9 with at .87

Instead of using admin messages try using Center-Up blocks instead.
And to get rid of the green go to
Admin
AutoTheme
Themes
warhammer2
Custom Pages
HomePage
And remove the color codes at the bottom.

Also the forums were designed for no side blocks.
If you want to show left blocks in the forums then go to
Admin
AutoTheme
Themes
warhammer2
Custom Pages
Forums
And set it to use theme2.html instead of forums.html
