Hello, I am opening a new site and have installed Platinum 7.6.b.5 as my CMS of choice. I'm new to PHP and would like to know what it would cost to have a custom theme made.
I don't need any fancy sounds or anything like that, I do need it to look very professional as this is a religious site. Not a church site mind you, but religious in content.
I will be adding a bookstore, audio feeds and perhaps some video later on in the near future. I would like the default Forum that comes with 7.6.b.5 to match the theme of the site if at all possible.
currently I am just using a free theme that I was able to add my logos too, but something is just missing. I want to be able to add photos/images to the content and such.
Any ideas, thought or help is greatly appreciated. I noticed that many of the themes on your site cost $19.95, is this about what I am looking at paying for the custom site? |

Custom themes are 200.00 as they are done for your site only, and will never be sold to anyone else.
Any reason you chose Platinum for a non gaming site?
Seems a bit of overkill for a regular site. |

| The only reason I chose the PHP for my website was based on a few people telling me that it would best suit my sites needs. I was wanting a forum, and various areas of content, some ways to add video and images that would be easily accessible to my viewers. If you have other thoughts or ideas how I can make my html site with forums and such then by all means, I'm all ears. If there is a way to add the forum into the html coding of the site so that it takes on the same look and feel that is. HTML I can do, I can also do java, flash and stuff like that. But PHP and the way it is set up just seemed kind of nice not having to do it all you know? LOL! |

I was not trying to tell you not to use a Nuke system, I just questioned the platinum part. I would recommend to you to use RavenNuke http://ravenphpscripts.com
Then install the AutoTheme module from http://www.spidean.com and that will enable you to use HTML for the site theme.  |
