WowJutsu HTML not working in a block

I am using a PHPNuke template (wow10): www.fromtheashesreborn.com

I am looking to add a block with our server ranking.

I select "blocks".

I enter a title then hit the Edit HTML Source Icon and put the following HTML into the HTML pop up:

<a href='http://www.wowjutsu.com'><img src='http://www.wowjutsu.com/sealbuilder/build.php/334917/c80.png' border='0' alt='WowJutsu: World of Warcraft Guild Rankings' /></a>


The graphic shows up now in the window and I hit save.

I check my home page and nothing is there (the heading for the block, but not the image.)

I go back to that block and edit it - then edit the html and I'm left with just this:

<a href="http://www.wowjutsu.com/"></a>

It's erasing the code?!?!

Any help is appreciated.

That would be the PHPNuke code stripper in action.
Best bet is to create a file called block-wowjutso.php and upload it to the blocks folder, then create a new block and select it as the file to use.

This is the code to put in the block-wowjutso.php
