Post subject: DMBF2142PHpnukE Theme Question  PostPosted: Jul 01, 2008 - 02:00 AM

I purchased and dl'd this theme, and was wondering if I could expand the width of the overall theme, and how to do this. Right now everything is centered on the webpage, and I would like to have it all the way to the edges.

thanks for your help.

You would need to basically redo the entire header area of the theme to make it expandable, I am working on a full width version of the DM series and hope to have it released in the next few weeks. Once it is done I will swap the code from it for you.

Should I just check the site periodically for an update?

I've been having another issue, figure I would just update this thread. I've added some new modules, and would like to link the buttons at the top of the page to these modules. I've edited theme.html and theme2.html to the new links, which work fine from the homepage, but are spotty from other areas of the site. Go to www.ung2142.com to see what I mean. The buttons I've updated are Downloads(now Donations), and Statistics(will change to Roster). Just keep clicking those buttons in random order and you'll see that every now and then they will direct to their old links. Thanks again for a great theme and great support.

One more question, if you have the time Mars, is what file do I need to edit to hide the left blocks when viewing other modules. For instance, when you click the forums tab, all the blocks on the homepage disappear, but when you click on any other tab, the left blocks remain visible.

I checked here:
http://www.karakas-online.de/EN-Book/hide-left-blocks.html

But that file doesn't look like the one I need to edit.

Thanks again for all your help.

Edit: Nevermind, I just replace theme2.html with forums.html and it did the trick!
