Mars, it figures that I would be the first to post in here with a problem eh?
I get the following error at the top of the page when accessing the blog.
Quote:
Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated - argument passed by value; If you would like to pass it by reference, modify the declaration of [runtime function name](). If you would like to enable call-time pass-by-reference, you can set allow_call_time_pass_reference to true in your INI file. However, future versions may not support this any longer. in /www/s/stevelap/test/htdocs/modules/v4bJournal/inc/display_journal_entries_detailed.inc on line 58

The journal page shows up ok and I can post up a blog but the comments are not available. I can go to the comment page when I click the link but there is no spot to type in the comment and send it. Is this related to the above error message? I have ezcomments installed and I assume it is working. |

Sounds like a PHP config problem.
Did you check over at the vb4Journal site? |

Ok, I checked over there (very nasty forum set up there) and I did manage to get rid of the error message I posted above. But I still cannot get comments to work.
In admin panel - modules, ezcomments does not show up at all as one of the modules. Should it? This could be my problem as I see it at this point.

Yes EzComments is a full blown Module.
So you might want to check the paths on that one and then try to initialize it again. |
