Center Blocks displaying wrong bg colour?

Site Home Page "/index.php" and Admin Home Page "/admin.php" are displaying wrong bg colour after changing to the theme Clan30red, from the theme 2142red.
All other pages (that I looked at) are looking good, it's just the pages mentioned that are displaying the bg colour of 2142red?.

That is strange, and are you creating Center-Up blocks or using Admin messages?

The wlecome note is a Admin Message.
the rest are custom blocks with html embed.
but it's only the front page... open the blocks from another page and it's all fine.
Could it be a CSS linked to the wrong theme or page? I remember looking in Cpanel error log and seeing that a CSS "css.css" or "styleNN.css" was missing from a folder so I copied the 2142 css to folder... looking for the folder now..
