The theme I have is
Warcraft Alliance PostNuke Theme - PHPNuke Theme - Platinum Them

it is up and running fine. the only issue I am having is I am trying to post a picture under news of the boss kills we have done. the issue is in the news section. Ii can click HTML and it will allow me to use <img Src=Http://img url.> and it shows the img fine in the text box before I post it. once I post it I just get the text and no img. what am i doing wrong? the text field is not like a forum and does not allow [img] [/img]..

What CMS are you using?
If PostNuke be sure the img tag is allowed with parameters in settings.
If PHPNuke be sure the img tag is allowed with a 2 in config.php

In config.php in the root of your site, there is a line for allowedhtml
You need to make sure the img tag is in that line with the option of 2
