Is this theme compatitable with Nuke 8.0? and is the Wafcraft and Header all editable?

8.0 will need to have the AutoTheme lite .87 from www.spidean.com installed but it works fine. 8.1 has AutoTheme built in.
And the theme comes with a Photoshop PSD for the header. |
