quote color problem with wow2 theme forums

You can see that the second post displays correctly--the quote box shows up as a different color from the background of the rest of the post.

The third post is where I'm running into trouble. The quote box is the same color as the background of the rest of the post.

In the forums.css file I found this section:

but can't figure out what I need to change so that the quote box is a different color...

In .quote change the background color to #000000
That will make it a black background so it stands out on both posts.

So quote blocks can only be one color? That's what was tripping me up. I thought they could be alternated like the actual post backgrounds (one light colored the next dark colored).
