Post subject: Wow 4 theme issue

i just changed web hosts, everythign was working fine on the last host. but im having a small issue on the new server.
when i try and submit a post the post never goes threw and the screen goes half white and the other half is the wow 4 theme. i had this almost exact issue on my last host, but u had me change something in the header or the footer i cant remember. not sure if it is the same issue, but mabey u have a suggestion for me

and u can make a post but when u click the submit button then u see the issue |

| Not sure what could cause that, did you transfer all of the files from the old host? |
