| A theme was purchased with my Paypal account without my knowledge. I contacted Paypal and was advised to speak with the seller. Who do I need to get in contact with to further discuss this issue? |

| I called Paypal once more and was told that the seller is under no obligation to refund my money and that they could not do anything about it. Does Portal Themes not help customers who have purchased something in error? I'd appreciate it if I could have an E-Mail address or telephone number to address this issue to so that I can get a refund for this accidental purchase. |

The proper way is to sign in to PayPal and put in a reversal request, then it will be evaluated and if found to be in error it will be refunded.
Please do not question our commitment to our customers, all you have to do is read around the forums here to see that we go above and beyond to support them. |
