Post subject: Using Blackglass for PN Forums

I'm using the Blackglass theme successfully on my site, and have installed pnForums to use. I'm having a hard time using the files provided to change the forum theme - I know there's probably something very simple that I've missed, but I just can't find it -
Is there something special I need to do in order to get the images, etc. to update in my pnforums?

| The blackglass theme is for PNphpBB2 not PNForum. |
