I'm sorry - I've read a couple other threads about this issue, but none of the recommended fixes worked for me -
Can someone please take a look at this page and let me know if there's something else I need to fix? http://mechcompound.com/index.php?module=PostWrap&page=charter

Ahhh ok. I use FireFox.
Try turning OFF Auto Resize Window |
