Post subject: Permission to port your free themes to Phpclanwebsite Portal
I would like to request permission to port your free themes to Phpclanwebsite Format. The notice above these themes do state this is ok but I would like to request this officially.

1. So you don't get the wrong idea when you see these floating around.
2. So your aware where your work is being utilised.
