Can someone tell me how much it would cost to design me a postnuke website, with modules etc that i need?
I noticed on this website it states $60....but what am i paying for?

The 60.00 is for a PostNuke INSTALL, not a custom theme.
Custom themes are currently 250.00 and include a matching forum theme.
