Donation Theme Support - AT Lite .87 - No Admin Button Ravensong - Mar 11, 2008 - 02:18 AM Post subject: AT Lite .87 - No Admin Button
Hello,
I had my site up and running and had Auto Theme installed previously as I bought a theme from this site and it stated this application was needed to load the theme. It worked great but since that time I have totally wiped out my site and started over again. Its a clean install PHP Nuke 7.9.
I followed the instructions and unzipped Auto Theme and uploaded it to the appropriate folders and activated it in the control panel under modules. Now the link shows up on the side but under the administration panel it did not put the icon for the admin panel. I read through your stickied topics here and tried to "kick it in the head" as the one post said to try and get the admin button to show up but no dice there.
I seem to remember it was kind of a pain to get it working the last time I did this. My website is http://www.ravensongsworld.org If you click the link for Auto Theme it will display the following information:
This site is running the AutoTheme HTML Theme System. AutoTheme is currently available for PostNuke, PHP-Nuke, MD-Pro, osCommerce and CRE Loaded. AutoTheme runs as a transparent user module. It can be configured from the Administration interface.
I have looked on Spidean's site for an answer to this question that looks like it has been asked several times but I didnt find a good answer as to why its not showing up. Its been awhile since I actually had Auto Theme working with the last site before I nuked it and for some reason I recall having to create a block and Auto Theme was available in the File drop down list but I checked this again and its not there.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you want me to take a look, create me a temporary admin account and a temporary FTP account and pm them to me here.Ravensong - Mar 14, 2008 - 05:01 PM Post subject: Issue Resolved
Thanks Mars. My issue has been resolved. I now have the admin button. When I started to do the upgrade to the latest BB for my forums I noticed that I was actually not running out of the root directory but out of the public_html directory so I uploaded the Auto Theme to that directory and now everything is working correctly.mars - Mar 14, 2008 - 06:34 PM Post subject: RE: Issue Resolved
Glad you got it sorted, after our last exchange I got sent out of town on business for 2 days and didn't get a chance to take another look once you fixed the ftp account.Ravensong - Mar 14, 2008 - 08:00 PM Post subject: Fourm Issue
Well just went I got stoked over getting it fixed I ran into another snag. I used the Auto Theme button to apply the Lord of The Rings theme but now it appears the forum links do not allow you to click on them and the Members List also doesnt pull up.
When I go into the Admin panel for Auto Theme I have lotr3 checked and I have the forums active under modules but when you click the forums button you are not able to click on register or any of the other links. It just has an information box which is blank.
You can access the administrative panel for the forum and I did notice that it only has subsilver listed for a theme so I dont know if I did something wrong with the install of the theme or the upgrade of the forums.
If you could look at it for me I would appreciate it. I reactivated the accounts I sent to you before. Thanks.mars - Mar 14, 2008 - 11:43 PM Post subject: RE: Fourm Issue
