Until I get the pages up for the pricing information here are the current rates for custom themes.
Basic theme : Header, Left, Right, Center and news areas.
$150.00 U.S.
Extended Theme: All of the above with a matching PNphpBB2 theme
$200.00 U.S.
Additions:
Prices quoted depending on content.
Flash menus, flash headers etc.
