I called Paypal once more and was told that the seller is under no obligation to refund my money and that they could not do anything about it. Does Portal Themes not help customers who have purchased something in error? The proper way is to sign in to PayPal and put in a reversal request, then it will be evaluated and if found to be in error it will be refunded.
Please do not question our commitment to our customers, all you have to do is read around the forums here to see that we go above and beyond to support them.
