What rights do I get when I purchase a custom theme?Terms of Use
All products at PortalThemes.com are strictly copyrighted. You have to purchase the theme/design to get rights to use them. Copyright violation will lead to action for injunctive relief and a claim for damages as warranted.
1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You should carefully read the following Terms of Use. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use.
2. LICENSE
Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the themes and other products sold through our web site in accordance with these Terms of Use (the "license") issued by our company.
a) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED
You may use each individual product on a single website/game only, belonging to you. This should be the game/website you have entered in the PayPal Purchase.
You have to purchase the same theme once more in order to make another project with the same design.
Only the Person who pays for the theme has permission to use said theme.
This will be the person who's email address was used in the purchase of said theme through PayPal.
c) MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.
d) INSTALLATIONS
We do not install any of our products which require this unless it is paid for seperately.
e) UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.
f) ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without our approval.
g) OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
h) INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
You may not disclose any order information which includes but is not limited to Order ID, download link, etc.
3. OUR REFUND POLICY
Since PortalThemes.com is offering digital goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read what files you will get when you are ordering a theme.
4. COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL
Images (like characters) and thumbnails in the theme designs of existing games, movies etc are not included in the theme license. In order to use any images from games, movies etc please contact the company/ author that own the copyright for the product. Portalthemes.com takes no responsible for any thumbnail images, game renders or characters showed in the theme designs. This is not a part of the design and products we are selling.
Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.
